We will accept returns of new / unused merchandise within 14 days of shipping date for a full refund or exchange. The items must be in new/unused condition (i.e., the product must not be “hatched”) and include the original packaging with all tags attached. To receive credit, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. If we receive your return and find that it’s no longer new or unused, we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Only items purchased from www.fuzzywonderz.com can be accepted for return. Fuzzywonderz.com purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.
To process a return, please go to our returns portal at fuzzywonderz.com/returns. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging (it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product does not arrive damaged). We recommend that you use a reputable courier with tracking service and shipping insurance, as we do not accept returns of products that are damaged in return transit.
Please include all paperwork and ensure that the invoice # and billing name appear on the return form. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. It is recommended to ship via ups or insured parcel post for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
